(a) Welcome to hayleyhall.com.au and hub-hayleyhall.com.au (the “Website”). The Website provides you with access to purchase various products and services (the “Products” or “Services”).

(b) The Website is operated by Hayley Hall Speaking & Training PTY LTD (ACN 645690839). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must cease using the Website immediately.

(c) We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion. Changes take immediate effect upon posting. Please review these Terms regularly.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

(a) You accept these Terms by remaining on the Website or by purchasing any Products or Services.

(b) By registering on the Website, you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all applicable legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

3. Payment Plans and Refunds

(a) Payment Plans

If you opt for a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

(i) All payments are legally binding.

(ii) You are required to complete all remaining instalments, regardless of whether you complete or use the purchased program or service.

(iii) Failure to complete payments may result in legal action or referral to a collection agency.

(b) Refunds

Refunds are subject to specific terms depending on the product or service purchased:

The Fully Booked Coach and Profitable Elite Retreat Mastermind Programs:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee: Notify us within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@hayleyhall.com.au to receive a full refund.
  • No refunds after 30 days.

The High Ticket Coach Mastermind Program:

  • No refunds more than 48 hours after full payment or first payment (for payment plans) is made.
  • For payment plans you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the mastermind, regardless of if you complete it.

Mastermind Extensions:

  • No refunds more than 48 hours after the extension has started.
  • If signing up to a pament plan you are committed to make all payments that form the plan.

Stand-alone Coaching Sessions:

  • Refunds available if not satisfied within 24 hours of the session ending.
  • No refunds after 24 hours.

Digital Courses:

  • Refunds available within 48 hours of purchase, provided no more than two modules have been accessed.
  • No refunds after 48 hours or if more than two modules are accessed.

VIP Limitless FB Group Membership:

  • No refunds will be provided after a payment has been made.
  • You may cancel your subscription by emailing support@hayleyhall.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the monthly payment being taken and access will cease at the end of your billing cycle.

Strategy & Soul Private Coaching:
i) Monthly Payments

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing at least 72 hours written notice prior to your next billing date.
  • If notice is given within 72 hours of your next billing date, your upcoming payment will still be processed and cancellation will take effect the following billing cycle..
  • No refunds will be issued once a monthly payment has been processed..

ii) Annual Payments

  • All annual payments are final and non-refundable.
  • This option secures a discounted rate for full-year access to the coaching container.
  • No cancellations, pauses, or partial refunds will be accepted once the annual payment has been made. .

Please note: All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@hayleyhall.com.au within the specified timeframes.

4. Your Obligations as a Member

(a) You agree to:

  • Use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes.
  • Protect the confidentiality of your login details.

(b) Unauthorised use of your account may result in cancellation of your access to the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

(a) All content on the Website is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

(a) Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL].

7. Limitation of Liability

(a) To the extent permitted by law, Hayley Hall Speaking & Training PTY LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.

8. Dispute Resolution

(a) If a dispute arises, the parties must attempt to resolve it through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation will be held in South Australia, and each party will bear their own costs.

9. Termination of Contract

(a) We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Website and Services for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

(a) These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

11. Severability

(a) If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
